I got the 30cm smiley Totoro for my girlfriend, and she was over the moon about it. It's really pretty and super soft. Plus, the customer service was top-notch and assisted me in fixing a hiccup with the delivery address, so Totoro arrived at my girlfriend's place in no time!

I really can't complain about the service. My order showed up right on schedule and the quality was amazing. Sadly, the plush toy was a tad overstuffed, causing the seam to split. I shot an email to the company with a picture, and within about half an hour, I got a response apologizing and saying they’d send a replacement. They even provided a tracking number, and it just came in. Plus, I didn’t have to return the damaged one, which was a relief. I’d totally recommend this place! The customer support was truly outstanding. It all kicked off on the wrong foot but turned out great in the end. I placed an order for a Christmas gift over a month ago, and after the holiday, it still hadn’t shown up, likely because of the strikes. I reached out to customer service, and they were fantastic, offering to send a replacement via express delivery. The new item arrived, but it wasn’t what I had originally ordered. Before I could even reach out, they contacted me to see if I had received it and if everything was alright. Once I informed them about the mix-up, they sincerely apologized, personally packed the correct item with some extra goodies as a gesture of goodwill, and even let me keep the previous item, even though I was prepared to return it. They followed up again the afternoon my correct item was delivered to ensure everything was satisfactory. I haven’t experienced such excellent customer service in ages. Kudos to the team, you’re doing an amazing job!

Top-notch support from the team! They were super quick to respond and really went the extra mile to sort things out when there was a hiccup with the delivery. One of the reps took it upon himself to handle the situation and did all he could to move the order along. Unfortunately, part of what we ordered didn’t make it in time for Christmas, even with Star Kingdom's best efforts. On the bright side, I was given a discount on the current order, plus a discount and free upgrade for shipping on future purchases. Can’t get much better than that, especially since the issue was on the courier's end, not Star Kingdom's.

Incredible company to shop with. They have a massive range of products and their customer service is truly top-notch. I ran into an issue with the delivery times for my order (it was the delivery company's fault), and to make sure my niece and nephew received their gifts before Christmas, Luke was on the online chat at 11pm helping me out with a replacement order that was sent for next day delivery, which showed up right on time. I had heard that Star Kingdom offered a fantastic selection of unique items that you just can't find elsewhere, and that was clear from their site. What really took me by surprise was the exceptional customer support too.

Star Kingdom shipped 4 out of my 5 orders, but they missed one item. Just a few minutes after I reached out, Luke replied to my issue, promised to send the missing product via courier, and even threw in a couple of small freebies as an apology. Honestly, that wasn't needed, but it was a nice touch.

In a time when most shopping is done through a handful of large online retailers, it's important for Star Kingdom to succeed and expand while keeping the values that Luke and his crew have established. Give them a shot and you might be just as impressed as I am.
